MEDIUM SEASON: from 25.05 to 21.06 - from 07.09 to 04.10

HIGH SEASON: from 22.06 to 06.09 - public holidays and long weekends (Christmas time, Easter etc.)

HIGHEST SEASON: from 03.07 to 07.07 - from 12.08 to 19.08

We accept booking for just one night

The price is per room or apartment

 5% discount for stays of 3 nights

10% discount for stays of 7 nights

Terms & Conditions:

• Both APARTMENTS are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, cooling and heating, flat screen color TV, coffee maker and refrigerator. The kitchen (Apartment Sebastiano) is complete with all accessories, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The price include secure car parking, water, electricity, supply of bed linen and towels.
  In order to protect nature, we ask you to pay attention to the waste of energy and water. We love our environment and we ask you to share our passion.
• RESERVATION:  The reservation is confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 40% of the full amount  and must be paid by bank transfer, postal order or credit card within 48 hours from the confirmation email of the booking request. The payment of the remaining amount will be made on-site, on arrival, by cash or by credit card. It's also possible to pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer, postal order or credit card.
• CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received by e-mail.
• Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival: we will refund the full amount of the deposit
• Cancellations within 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained (not refunded).
• Cancellations within 5 days before arrival: the guest will be asked to pay for entire booking fee.
• CHECK IN/OUT: check in: from 16.00 - check out: before 12.00. Arrivals and departures at different times are allowed as long as they are previously agreed with the owners.
• IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Our guests are responsible for the declaration of the purposes of the present standards of public safety. Therefore they are required upon arrival to provide valid identification documents of everyone present in the apartment and fill in the form for public safety.
• THE CLEANING: if you leave the apartment in the same conditions it was found on arrival, a cleaning charge will not apply. However, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 50,00 € if the apartment fails the "clean and tidy" inspection completed before you depart.
• DAMAGES:  Any damage to objects inside the apartment will be charged at replacement/repair cost.
• LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY: The owners are not responsible for any loss of your personal effects and valuables that are left in the apartments.
